Each profile contains information such as requirements for registration, reporting, economic activity, and governance, tax treatment as well as trends and developments. Consequently, this legal map of European philanthropy provides a comparative perspective of legal regulations for a wide audience namely the policy-makers, academia, the philanthropy sector, and philanthropic advisors.The total 40 country reports have each been written by national philanthropic experts.
